Do all products require a photo?

No, only photo-based products need an image upload. For others, like name tags or text-only items, you simply enter your desired engraving.

Will the engraving fade over time?

No, the engraving is permanent. It’s cut directly into the metal and will not fade, peel, or rub off with regular use.
