Update on U.S. Shipping, Duties & Customs
If you are outside of the United States, nothing changes, we continue to ship worldwide from Sweden as normal. Your order will be crafted and shipped with tracked delivery as usual.
For our U.S. customers, new import rules take effect:
From August 29, 2025, the U.S. has removed the $800 de minimis exemption. This means nearly all international orders, regardless of value, must now go through full customs clearance and may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees.
- PostNord/USPS shipments are currently paused. PostNord and 9 other EU postal networks stopped deliveries to the U.S. because the new rules require all goods to have duties paid before entry into the U.S.. Due to short notice, the postal networks are not yet technically ready to meet these stricter requirements.
- FedEx Express shipments remain available. We ship duties unpaid, meaning U.S. Customs (via FedEx) will charge you directly for any duties, taxes, or clearance fees before releasing your package.
We know this change is disruptive. Please rest assured we are working with our logistics partners to restore reliable, affordable shipping options to the U.S. as soon as possible.
