Got this for my best friend who recently lost 2 senior dogs she'd had since childhood. The image is flawless, identical to the photo I sent, and she recognized them the second she saw them! I ordered two keychains of the same pet as gifts for my friends. One of them turned out pretty well (left), but the other was surprisingly disappointing (right)...

Despite what the ads and photos showed, the detail was lacking, particularly with the dog's eyes. This wasn't even an issue with the photo I submitted, because they are very clearly visible in the photo but almost non-existent in the keychain itself.

For a product that advertises itself for "life-like" recreations and is priced so high, I would have expected better attention to detail and a higher standard of quality control.

I feel like the photo I sent in wasn’t that great of a pic, but that was all I had of my boyfriend’s dog that has since passed (without awkwardly asking him to send me one; it was one of his he last pics he sent me with one of their Sunday mornings relaxing in the patio together). Going into it I didn’t even think I would end up giving it to him for his birthday because I thought the nose would be cut off like in the pic I submitted. I legit left it in my mailbox for almost a week now because I didn’t want to be disappointed. I went out finally and got it tonight since his birthday is tomorrow and I legit cried because it is so perfect. I’m sure he will absolutely love and appreciate it. Thank you so much for continuing their memories together 💕
