Photo Guide

1. AVOID BLURRED OR GRITTY PHOTOS

The quality of the picture is important. Make sure to only upload sharp photos where the subject is in focus and all the contours are clearly visible. A modern smartphone does the job!

2. Good lighting makes for better results

It's important! The light source should preferably shine straight onto the dog. If the picture is very dark, it is difficult for us to know exactly where to engrave and it will make the final product less detailed, especially on dark dogs.

3. Multiple Pets

We recommend to do 1 animal or person per pendant. If you really want both of your pets on the same pendant, make sure that all the animals are positioned next to eachother with little to no space in between them. Also keep in mind that using multiple pets won't increase the diameter size of the finished pendant.

4. Positioning is important

What is not included in the picture can of course not be included on the pendant. If the whole body is visible, we try to make a whole body silhouette, otherwise we make a head silhouette.

So happy I cried 💕

I feel like the photo I sent in wasn’t that great of a pic, but that was all I had of my boyfriend’s dog that has since passed (without awkwardly asking him to send me one; it was one of his he last pics he sent me with one of their Sunday mornings relaxing in the patio together). Going into it I didn’t even think I would end up giving it to him for his birthday because I thought the nose would be cut off like in the pic I submitted. I legit left it in my mailbox for almost a week now because I didn’t want to be disappointed. I went out finally and got it tonight since his birthday is tomorrow and I legit cried because it is so perfect. I’m sure he will absolutely love and appreciate it. Thank you so much for continuing their memories together 💕

Extra leg and make my female dog, male

It was nice but absolutely not worth $30. They gave my female dog a red rocket and an extra back leg. It took 18 days to be delivered.

Disappointed with shipping, but optimistic about the product

Like other reviews, I ordered X254727 on December 2nd, well in advance from the holidays. It appeared with the tracking that my shipment would make the window of December 12-18, however it is the 24th and does not look like it will be here in time for Christmas. It was in Indiana since the 16th and hasn’t made it to Michigan in 8 days. I hope I can edit this to say how much it was worth the wait, but I’m disappointed while I’m still waiting.

Order never received

I ordered 3 keychains on December 3 that were meant to be Christmas presents. I received a confirmation number ( 006XWKFYL) but never received a tracking number. The payment went through to my bank on the 3rd. Very disappointed since I put the order in early enough to be received for Christmas. I see the reviews with how great the products are and was really excited to receive these items and give them as gifts.

Not a US company?

Order X257712... I'm still not getting a straight answer. Everything shows it is coming out of NJ and nothing out of the country. However the message I got says that it has to clear customs when it gets to the US. I've done decades of international shipping. Air freight takes a day at most and most have to clear customs in route. Over the ocean takes as fast as 17 days from Shanghai to LA/Long Beach port. Clearing customs 2-3 days before arriving in the country. Heaven forbid if customs wants to do an inspection. That will take days if not weeks. Now where on the company's website shows transit of 3 business weeks (min 21 days) and it hasn't left the origin port. Merry Christmas.... 😥
