Customer satisfaction means everything to us! Through thousands of valuable reviews, we understood how the speed of production and swift deliveries are absolutely paramount to you! To ensure we can keep up with demand, we DOUBLED the capacity of our facility!
More machines, more people, better systems - faster turnaround!
2. Faster Turnaround:
From the moment you make an order to the time it lands on your doorstep, every second counts. Traditionally, once your package departs from our facility, the delivery time is beyond our control…but not anymore! Thanks to our innovative logistics partner, we can now deliver packages across continents in mere DAYS, not weeks. We slashed the delivery time to 1-2 weeks from the earlier 3-4 weeks ⏱️
We believe a shorter wait time enriches your Silvercut experience, and more so when it culminates into the perfect gift presentation...
3. All Wrapped Up:
There's nothing quite like the joy of unboxing a present. Since most of the Silvercut pieces are meant as a gift, we have made sure the recipient would be blown away!
